(R)evolutionizing meetings and the people who lead them

The must-have structures, processes and skills offered in Integral Facilitator® Essentials™ are designed to dramatically improve meeting facilitation skills, increase facilitative awareness, and heighten interpersonal skills.

Human beings have meetings. A lot! No matter whether you’re working in community development, organizational leadership, non-profit management, or transformative learning and change, we need to meet with others to get where we’re going. And if we want to accomplish our shared goals—let alone thrive and enjoy the process—we must be able to host energized meetings that are effective and enjoyable. Yes, enjoyable! Because the most efficient gatherings are those that include the best of human relationships—humor, emotion, and care.

Integral Facilitator has pioneered an integrative approach to group facilitation and facilitator development. Our training team includes world renown facilitators, consultants, and coaches. Since 2011 we have brought the Integral Facilitator approach to over 300 change makers, consultants, coaches, leaders and entrepreneurs.

Integral Facilitator® Essentials™ provides a robust learning framework for new and experienced facilitators alike. Our approach develops both the “soft” and “hard” skills required for convening great gatherings and liberating groups to achieve their full potential.

Methoden

Integral Facilitator trainings bring together four distinct domains of knowledge and practice: Awareness practice—Zen, Adult developmental psychology, Facilitator skills and techniques, and Integral Theory. The curriculum uses the Integral map to illuminate the complex terrain of group facilitation and facilitative leadership. The IF approach develops interior awareness, presence, embodied expression, facilitator behaviors and interventions, and awareness of the systems and structures which support facilitative mastery. Integral Facilitator® Essentials is an experiential professional program. Our lauded methodology provides 3 days of direct instruction, hands-on practice, peer feedback, and personal skills coaching delivered in a sophisticated and lively learning environment.
